Description
BRAINEFFECT Vitamin D3+K2 drops can be taken year-round. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. It contains MCT oil derived from coconut. The drops have a neutral taste and are easy to measure out thanks to the convenient dropper bottle.
Recommended intake:
Summer: Take 1 drop daily.
Winter: Take 2 to 6 drops daily.
You can also mix the drops into your smoothie, yoghurt, or muesli.
Tip:
For optimal absorption, the manufacturer recommends taking it in combination with a fatty meal.
