Description
BRAINEFFECT Daily Fiber contains chromium, vitamin C and niacin, also known as vitamin B3. It contains no inulin. Daily Fiber is available in several flavours, so you're sure to find one that you like.
Recommended intake:
Stir one scoop (11 g) into 250 ml of water up to twice a day. For best results, drink immediately to enjoy a thick, creamy drink. Add a little more water if you prefer a thinner drink.
Please note:
The manufacturer recommends starting with a lower amount and gradually increasing it to the recommended amount. Start with 1 spoonful per day. Increase it by approximately 5 g each week until you reach the recommended daily amount of 22 g.
Note: Use within 3 months of opening.
The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded.
