Description
The Calasparra rice variety is grown in the highlands of Murcia (Spain) in a favourable climatic with the best soil conditions. In addition to a mineral-rich soil, a natural environment is the best prerequisite for organic cultivation.
The rice is known for its high swelling capacity and is therefore suitable for the making risotto, paella and rice pudding.
