Description
Chia seeds contain calcium, antioxidants, high-quality fatty acids and protein. They swell when added to muesli, smoothies and other foods, adding an interesting texture. Their mild, slightly nutty flavour also works well in savoury spreads, pan-fried dishes and breakfast bakes, making them a versatile store cupboard staple.
