The Ah-mazing Hair Vitamins with Biotin contain 5,000 mcg of biotin per bear, which is twice as much biotin (also called vitamin B7 or vitamin H) as other biotin gummy bears!

Suitable for permanent use, the bears are supplemented with vitamin B6 and zinc, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, iodine* and high-quality coconut oil.
