Description

Trimethylglycine, also known as TMG or betaine, is a naturally occurring compound involved in methylation processes in the body. It contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and is related to the formation of methionine and dimethylglycine, DMG, as part of normal metabolic processes.

Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule 2 x daily before meals or as recommended by a doctor.
