Description
Trimethylglycine (TMG) supports the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, which is crucial in the production of DMG (dimethylglycine). It also plays an important role in the production of the enzyme methyltetrahydrofolate reductase, the active form of folic acid.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule 2 x daily before meals or as recommended by a doctor.
