Description
Cellulose is an excellent source of insoluble fibre. Unlike soluble fibre, insoluble fibre can only play a minor role as a food for unwanted bacteria.
Recommended use:
- Stir 1 teaspoon (2g) of powder in water and take two to three times daily before meals.
- Slowly increase the amount if necessary (compatibility note) up to a maximum of 20 g a day.
- Sensitive people should start with smaller amounts.

Cellulose powder allergy research group
Great for dysbiosis and bad breath. Used it for my dog that takes prednisolone for years. It helped with dirty teeth and breath. No more stinky teeth and breath and bowel movement is always on time.
