Description
Triphala is an Ayurvedic term that means "three fruits". The herbal mixture contains extracts of amla (Emblica officinalis), bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) and haritaki (Terminalia chebula), each of which represents a dosha. Each capsule contains 500 mg Triphala extract, of which 200 mg (40%) are tannins.
Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with plenty of water, preferably before going to bed, in the morning on an empty stomach.
