Description
In the Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules from ZeinPharma®, the magnesium is bound to the non-essential amino acid glycine, which means that the magnesium is absorbed by the body like an amino acid. Each capsule contains 125 mg of pure magnesium. The capsules are 100% vegan and free from magnesium stearate.
Recommended dosage:
Take 3 capsules daily without chewing, ideally before going to bed with plenty of water. Alternatively, the capsules can also be opened and the powder taken with a drink or a meal.
