Description
The plant-based glucomannan capsules by ZeinPharma contain 525 mg of konjac root powder per capsule and 500 mg of pure glucomannan.
Recommended use:
Swallow 2 capsules whole with plenty of still water (at least 300 ml) 15 minutes before each of the three main meals (manufacturer's recommendation: 2 capsules 3 times per day). Do not chew.
Note:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- If you have difficulty swallowing capsules or do not drink enough water while taking them, there may be a risk of choking.
