FerroLeaf Ultra+ C combines 22 mg of high-quality plant-based iron from curry leaves with 12 mg of natural vitamin C from rose hips. The formulation contains iron as ferritin, which is released slowly in the intestine and can therefore be optimally absorbed. Vitamin C also increases the absorption of iron.
Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with sufficient water, preferably on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before or 1-2 hours after a meal).
Alternative option: Open the capsules and take the powder directly.
