Description
Greens Mix offers a carefully selected combination of 13 ingredients. It includes organic green superfoods such as barley, spirulina, and chlorella. The powder also contains organic matcha, providing 40 mg of caffeine per serving. The formula is enriched with plant extracts of Siberian ginseng, turmeric, and ginger and over 450 mg of electrolytes. It contains magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance. A light citrus note with peppermint gives it a refreshing taste. Free from artificial sweeteners, it is sweetened with stevia.
Preparation:
Dissolve one full scoop (10 g) in 200 ml of chilled water. Best enjoyed in the morning with a meal.
Due to the caffeine content, do not take less than 6 hours before going to sleep.
Important:
To ensure maximum mineral absorption, wait 1–2 hours before or after taking iron or zinc supplements, as the natural tannins in greens can interfere with their uptake.
