Description
Organic Aronia Powder
- The aronia berry comes from eastern North America and belongs to the rose family. The plant that bears the berries grows as a shrub up to 2 metres high.
- When the plant begins to bloom the blossoms look like apple blossoms. The fruit itself is similar to blueberries.
Processing:
- The fruit is pressed and then the skin, seeds and pulp are gently ground into powder. It has a pleasantly sour flavour.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 teaspoon daily
Tips:
- Perfect for smoothies, muesli and fruit salads.
- It can also be used to colour various dishes.
