Description
This sports powder has been specially formulated for ultra- and long-distance events, and contains no free fructose. It is based on waxy maize starch and gluten-free starch hydrolysates. It is acid-free and has a neutral taste. Furthermore, it is vegan, and the dosage can be adjusted to suit individual needs.
Preparation:
- Mix 750–1000 ml of water with 4–6 measuring spoons of powder (60–90 g).
- Due to the high proportion of waxy maize starch, vigorous and repeated shaking is required to ensure it mixes completely.
- Can be flavoured as desired to taste, for example, with tea, a few splashes of syrup or fruit juice
