Directions for use:
Maximum 5 chews daily.
- Spread your intake throughout the day in warm weather, when travelling, on hikes or on active days.
- Before exercise: Take 1–2 chews 15–30 minutes before your activity, particularly in warm weather or when you expect to sweat heavily.
- During longer activities: For exercise lasting around 60 minutes or more, Electrolyte Chews can be taken at regular intervals according to the intensity, temperature and how much you sweat. They can also be combined with water, gels, bars or sports drinks.
