Versatile Cayenne
- The chilli or cayenne pepper contains valuable substances like carotenoids and vitamins A and C. However, the most interesting ingredient is the capsaicin, which is found in about 1.5% in the cayenne pepper and gives it its spicy flavour.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 capsules daily with a meal or a glass of water.
