Bromelain

I first had it prescribed by my dentist after a painful swelling due to a tooth extraction (in place of cortisone) and I was stunned by the speed if the swelling disappearing.
I know take it at the first serious signs of cystitis and this has helped me avoid further antibiotics. Really helpful and effective provided you are nit sensitive or allergic to pineapple.
