Description
Spermidine occurs naturally in the human body, but decreases with age. This biogenic polyamine can also be sourced from wheat germ. These vegan capsules by Raab Vitalfood contain pure wheat germ powder, providing 1 mg of spermidine per daily dose. After separating the germ from the endosperm, it is gently milled and de-oiled to concentrate this valuable ingredient optimally.
Recommended dose:
Take 4 capsules daily with a meal with plenty of water.
