Raab Vitalfood Organic Grapeseed Flour, 300 g

The fibre-rich organic grapeseed flour by Raab Vitalfood is obtained from the seeds of sun-ripened grapes through gentle cold pressing.

Recommended use:
Grapeseed flour can be used in savoury and sweet dishes. Use up to 10 g (approx. 1 heaped tablespoon) per day.

Ingredients for 4 people:

• 350 ml milk
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 250 g flour
• 2 tsp Raab organic grapeseed flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 tbsp Raab birch sugar
• 3 - 4 apples
• Oil or butter for frying

Method:

Whisk together milk, eggs and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, grapeseed flour, baking powder and birch sugar and add to the milk-egg mixture. Mix thoroughly. Peel and slice the apples and add them to the batter. Drop by the ladleful into a heated pan containing a little oil or butter. Cook on both sides until done.
