The Ashwagandha & Rhodiola Complex by Purely Nutrition combines two traditional plant extracts with B vitamins - carefully balanced for easy intake. The capsules contain standardised extracts of ashwagandha and roseroot as well as riboflavin (vitamin B2), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and pyridoxine (vitamin B6). The vitamins are enriched with plant extracts to provide a balanced supplement.

Recommended intake:
Take 3 capsules once a day with sufficient liquid, ideally in the morning or before a meal.
