Description
Camu camu are red-purple berries from Myrciaria dubia shrub. It is mainly grown in Peru. The fruit is about 3 cm in size and contains zinc and vitamin C.
- Sourish to bitter taste, dry, woody, slightly exotic background with sweet flavours
- Enhances other flavours
- Adds an exotic touch
- Use in dressings, sauces, desserts, pastries, ice creams, sorbets and yoghurt
Recommended Use:
- Mix 2-3 teaspoons of powder with 250ml of smoothies, shakes, milk, fruit juices or desserts.
- Can cause diarrhoea in case of overdose!

It’s very sour I wanted this for my smoothies in the morning but was too intense combined with coffee :/ buts that’s my fault that I still drink coffee ! Hehe
