Propolia Organic Propolis Tincture, 30 ml

Organic Propolis Tincture is produced by hydroalcoholic maceration, a traditional process used to extract the naturally occurring constituents of propolis. The concentrated liquid formula comes in a bottle with a pipette for easy measuring.

Propolis is a resinous substance made by bees from plant resins collected from the buds of certain trees. Within the hive, bees use propolis to seal small gaps, reinforce structures and help maintain their habitat.

Directions for use:

• As a food supplement:
  • Take 1 pipette of mother tincture (one squeeze is sufficient) 1 to 4 times a day. In the morning, add it to a piece of bread, a spoonful of honey or a piece of brown sugar, or mix it into a glass of water.
  • Alternatively, add 1 to 4 pipettes to a bottle of water and drink throughout the day.
  • Stir vigorously.
  • Take for 1 month and repeat if required.
• For oral use: Mix 1 pipette of mother tincture (one squeeze is sufficient) with a glass of water and use as a gargle.
