Recommended intake:
Take undiluted when you notice a drop in performance, rather than as a preventative measure. After starting, use another gel every 20 to 25 minutes. The 3-phase model recommends starting with the vitamin gel, then switching to the caffeine gels as the session progresses, followed by the caffeine and guarana gel during the final 20 to 30 minutes. Always take with water or drink water afterwards. Maximum 8 gels per day.
