Description
This product contains a concentrated amount of soy lecithin in the form of softgels. Each capsule contains 1200 mg of lecithin, which consists largely of phospholipids such as phosphatidylcholine. Phospholipids are natural components of cell membranes, and you can easily supplement your diet with these nutrients with this product.
The formula also contains natural vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol). This vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The softgels are easy to take and can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. This product offers a convenient way to supplement your intake of essential fatty acids and vitamin E.
Recommended intake:
1 soft capsule daily with or after a meal; up to 3 capsules daily if needed.
