Description
This formulation is a harmonised blend of polyunsaturated fatty acids from two high-quality sources. The combination of fish oil and borage oil provides both omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) and the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). This makes it a practical supplement for you if your regular diet does not provide the required daily amount of these fatty acids.
It also contains a mixture of natural tocopherols. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The soft capsules are easy to swallow and can be easily integrated into your daily routine. Combining different fatty acid groups in one supplement makes it a great addition to your diet.
Recommended intake:
1 softgel daily with or after a meal; up to 2 softgels daily if required.
