Description
The maca plant belongs to the cress family and grows high up in the mountains of Moquegua and Puno in Peru. The tuber-like roots are dried and ground into a fine powder for this product. The slightly nutty and sweet taste goes perfectly with muesli, yoghurt, milk, and smoothies or can also be easily mixed with mineral water. The powder is purely natural and free of any additives.
Recommended use:
- Take 3g daily with lots of liquid.
Note: Pregnant or breastfeeding people should either not consume the powder at all or only consume it after consulting a doctor.
