Energy
I bought this for my hair, but started taking it for energy (I have ME/CFS), since it has so many B vitamins and others for energy, and at a large dose. At the beginning of taking it, I couldn't sleep and I didn't know why, until I understood it was this supplement, so I reduced the dose and took it early in the day. I must say I was in a really poor state when I started taking this (I was floored from the flu, antibiotics, etc.) and I do believe it helped. Even if it had a potent stimulating effect on me (hence the no sleeping), it allowed me to do some survival things I had to do and improved my baseline. I don't know if the stimulant effect is from the B vitamins or from the ginkgo, I guess it could be from either of them.
Either way, I recommend this supplement and that's why I'm ordering it again now a 2nd time!
About my hair, I don't know what to say (I think it's too early, especially because I take just half a tablet a day due to the potent effects on me!! But that means the tablets last much more! :) However, my hair does look very nice and shiny. In any case, I'm sure this supplement is pure gold. Just look at the ingredients and the large doses! Ultra Hair Plus "plain" (not "Women's") doesn't have these large doses, just tiny in comparison.
The only thing I would improve is price, it's a bit steep. But if I'm ordering it again, it's for a good reason. And you can't find this Women's version of the supplement in many places in Europe apart from Vitalabo and another one, so well done Vitalabo for stocking this wonder!!
