Description
Maltodex is a water-soluble carbohydrate mixture made from the polysaccharide sugars maltose and dextrose. Maltodextrin has the advantage that it is less sweet than other sugars. The powder also impresses with its good solubility.
Recommended use:
- Mix 30-50 g powder with 300 ml of liquid. Drink before, during and after exercise.
