Each META-CARE® Selenium capsule contains 200 μg of high-quality selenium. The formulation is enriched with barley grass powder. Selenium is an essential component of numerous enzymes and proteins, which cannot perform their tasks in the body without it. The capsules are vegan and non-GMO.

Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule once a day in the morning with a little liquid. Do not chew.
