META-CARE® Griffonia Plus capsules are rich in the natural amino acid 5-HTP from high-quality Griffonia seed extract. 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin. The capsules are also enriched with Rhodiola rosea extract. Known as "golden root", Rhodiola rosea is a very robust plant that can survive the harsh conditions in arctic regions. It is also considered to be an adaptogenic plant.
Recommended dose:
Swallow 1 capsule twice daily (morning and midday) after meals with sufficient liquid. Do not chew.
