Description

This instant drink made from magnesium and vitamins D3, B2 and B6 is packaged in practical sachets and is therefore perfect for on the go. The pleasant orange taste also makes it easier to take. Perfect in combination with a balanced diet.

Consumption recommendation:

  • Adults and children over 12 years of age take 1 sachet per day. To do this, put the contents of the sachet in a glass in approx. 150ml of water.
  • If you are physically exerting yourself, take 2 sachets a day.

Note: Magnesium can act as a laxative. In this case, take half the daily dose and reduce the intake.
