This syrup is the perfect addition to a varied diet. Due to the high content of iron, vitamin C and folic acid, it is perfectly suitable for all those who have a higher need for iron. This product is particularly suitable for children, athletes, vegetarians or during pregnancy. In addition, the syrup has a delicious taste.

Consumption recommendation:
- Children between 3-9 years: 1 teaspoon (= 10ml) twice a day.
- Children and adolescents between 10-18 years: 3 teaspoons (= 15ml) once a day.
- Adults: 3 teaspoons (= 15ml) once a day.
- Pregnant women: 3 teaspoons (= 30ml) twice a day.
- Breastfeeding mothers: 2 teaspoons (= 20ml) twice a day.
