Description
Omega-3 Fatty Acids is formulated with omega-3 fatty acids obtained from Schizochytrium microalgae, which contain naturally occurring EPA and DHA. These capsules are suitable for people of all ages. The plant-based formulation is free from artificial colours and artificial preservatives.
Recommended intake: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals and plenty of water, unless otherwise recommended.
Note:
A maximum daily intake of 450 mg DHA and EPA (equivalent to 1 capsule) is recommended for those who are pregnant or nursing.
