Description
These vegan and gluten-free capsules by KAL contain liposomal K2 which is a fat-soluble vitamin found in some meats and fermented foods.
The liposomes enclose the nutrients so they remain intact until they reach the small intestinewhere they break down.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and maintenance of normal bones.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water.
Note:
Do not take in case you are already taking coumarin-type anticoagulants.
