500 mg L-lysine per tablet
- L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that can not be self-produced by the human body and must therefore be absorbed from food in sufficient quantities.
- An adult requires about 1 to 1.5 g lysine per day.
- Lysine occurs mainly in animal protein, such as milk, eggs, fish and meat protein.
- It is also contained in small amounts in buckwheat.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 daily with a meal or a glass of water.
