Preparation:
Add 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) and 125 ml milk (1.5% fat) to a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. For a thicker consistency, leave the mixture to stand briefly before stirring it into your dish. To prevent curdling, stir the protein sauce into food once it is no longer boiling (max. 60 °C).
