Description
Because breast milk is best for your baby, Humana has developed a special herbal complex for those who are breastfeeding. The Lacta-Plus complex contains important vitamins including vitamins D3 and B12 along with patented Silitidil®. Silitidil® is a combination of milk thistle extract and phospholipid similar to what occurs naturally in the body.
- Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism and fatigue reduction.
Directions for use:
1 sachet per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet (5 g) in 150-200 ml water or other liquid and drink one hour before or after a meal.
