Description
Organic psyllium husk by Govinda - a purely natural product with a particularly high fibre content.
- Psyllium husks (country of origin: India) swell up to 20 times their volume.
- Stir into juice, whey or almond / rice milk and let it soak for 10 minutes before drinking. The psyllium husks are also good for thickening pudding, porridge and soups.
Recommended use:
Consume 1 - 2 teaspoons stirred into plenty of liquid (at least 250 ml) up to twice daily. Add to muesli, smoothies or bread to increase the fibre content.
