Description

Omega 3-6-9 contains a mix of 3 oils that form the best combination of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids.

  • Omega-3 is obtained from fish oil, especially anchovies, and contains 18% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 12% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
  • Omega-6 or linoleic acid is obtained from sunflower oil
  • Omega-9 or oleic acid is obtained from linseed oil

Recommended use:
Take 1 soft gel capsule daily with a meal.
