Description
This MCT oil is made from coconut oil from Sri Lanka and is manufactured according to internationally recognised standards, including ISO, FSSC and HACCP.
- 59% caprylic acid (C8)
- 40% capric acid (C10)
- 1% lauric acid (C12)
Due to its neutral taste, MCT oil can be used in many ways:
- Suitable for cooking, but do not heat above 120°C
- Can be taken by the spoonful
- Ideal for salads, smoothies, protein drinks and similar preparations
- Can be added directly to ready-made meals
- Can also be used as a cosmetic, for example, for skin and nail care
Directions for use:
Start with 1 teaspoon and gradually increase your intake to a maximum of 1 tablespoon per day.
Note:
Start with a maximum of 1 teaspoon per day, as MCT oil may cause diarrhoea in sensitive people.
