Description

This MCT oil is made from high-quality coconut oil from Sri Lanka. It is manufactured according to internationally recognized certificates (ISO, FSSC, HACCP).

59% caprylic acid (C8)
40% capric acid (C10)
1% lauric acid (C12)

Due to its neutral taste, MCT oil can be used almost anywhere:

Suitable for cooking (but must not be heated above 120 ° C)
It can be consumed pure (for spooning)
It is ideal for salads, in smoothies, protein drinks and the like
It is also a one-time addition to ready-made meals
It can also be used in cosmetics, for example for skin and nail care

Consumption recommendation:
Start with 1 teaspoon and slowly increase your intake to a maximum of 1 tablespoon per day.
