Description
The small, deciduous shrub Ashwagandha is also known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry and is native to Africa and the Middle East. It has been used for over 3000 years and is particularly important in Ayurvedic wisdom. If you examine the individual parts of the plant more closely, you can definitely see that there are particularly many valuable ingredients in the roots.
Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 capsule twice a day with a meal with sufficient liquid. Do not enjoy it continuously for more than 2 months. A break is recommended after 2 months.

- Do not consume alcohol, stimulants, sedatives, sleeping pills, and anxiolytics while using this product.
