Description
The Milk Thistle oil was obtained from the seeds of the Silybum marianum and is:
- Known as "the" liver oil,
- Unrefined, i.e. unsaturated, which means that as many valuable ingredients as possible are retained,
- Cold-pressed, as many of the compounds contained in the oil are temperature-sensitive and so the richness of the substances given by nature is preserved
- Enriched with vitamin E.
Consumption recommendation:
1 teaspoon (5 ml) twice a day
Pure, suitable for preparing salads or as an accompaniment to food.
