FutuNatura's Milk Thistle Tincture combines milk thistle (Silybum marianum) plant extract with vitamin B6. Milk thistle, historically also known as thunder thistle or Christ's crown, is a plant in the Asteraceae family, prized for its distinctive purple flowers and green-and-white speckled leaves. The glayerine-based tincture is alcohol-free, making it a convenient option.
Each recommended daily dose of 2.8 ml provides 140 mg of milk thistle extract. The formula also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to normal psychological function and supports the normal functioning of the immune system. In addition, vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended use:
Take 2.8 ml daily. Consume 1.4 ml (approximately 35 drops or one-third of a teaspoon) twice a day, 15 minutes before meals, with plenty of water.
