Description
Doppelherz Iron Vital offers a convenient and pleasant-tasting way to support your daily iron intake. Its liquid form allows for rapid absorption, while the refreshing orange-apple flavour makes it easy to take. The formula combines ferrous gluconate (iron(II)) with vitamin C, zinc, and essential B vitamins to help meet your nutritional needs.
Recommended intake:
Take 20 ml (1 measuring cap) once a day. Shake well before use.
Note:
- Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
- Do not use in cases of iron storage disorders (e.g. haemochromatosis) or impaired iron utilisation.
- In rare cases, temporary tooth discolouration may occur, which is reversible.
- Once your zinc intake reaches 3.5 mg per day, avoid taking additional supplements containing zinc.
