Description
This supplement contains 50 mg of coenzyme Q10 per capsule, along with 5 selected B vitamins. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal function of the heart, while Vitamins B1, B2 and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and sufficient liquid, without chewing.
Note:
- Not suitable for children and adolescents.
- Once your zinc intake reaches 3.5 mg per day, avoid taking other supplements containing zinc.
