Description
This supplement contains 50 mg of coenzyme Q10 per capsule, along with 5 selected B vitamins. Vitamin B1 supports the normal function of the heart, while vitamins B1, B2, and B6 contribute to a normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and sufficient liquid, without chewing.
Note:
- Not suitable for children and adolescents.
- Once your zinc intake reaches 3.5 mg per day, avoid taking other supplements containing zinc.
