Doppelherz aktiv Extra Hyaluron 0.4% Eye Drops, 10 ml

Long periods of screen use, air-conditioned indoor environments or dusty outdoor settings can be demanding on the eyes. These sterile eye drops by Doppelherz are designed for everyday eye care in such situations. The formula is based on patented cross-linked hyaluronic acid technology with urea, helping to provide moisture over an extended period.

The eye drops are designed to provide long-lasting moisture and are suitable for use during the day or at night. The soft-touch bottle allows precise and easy dosing.

The preservative-free formula is suitable for contact lens wearers and regular use. It is a practical option for daily eye care during busy routines.

Application:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
• Remove the tamper-evident seal before first use.
• Remove the protective cap and open the bottle.
• Hold the bottle with the opening facing downwards and apply gentle pressure to release 2 drops into each eye, unless otherwise directed.
• Wait a few seconds after each drop without squeezing the bottle. This allows enough air to flow back into the sterile air filter system, otherwise dispensing the drops may become more difficult.
• As the bottle gradually empties, more pressure may be required to dispense the product. This is due to the properties of the closure system, which helps preserve the sterility as well as the chemical and physical properties of preservative-free solutions. A small amount of solution will always remain in the bottle.
• After use, shake any remaining drop from the tip.
• Close the bottle immediately with the cap after use.
• Do not replace the protective cap while the container is still compressed.
• Do not allow the dropper tip to come into contact with anything, including your eyes or fingers.

Notes:

• Store the product in a dry place at a temperature between 2°C and 30°C, away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Once opened, the contents must be used within 3 months.
• The product is for external use on the eye only.
• The product is intended for use by one person only.
• Do not use the product if the container is damaged or not fully sealed before first use.
• Do not use if particles and/or changes in the colour of the solution are visible.
• During application, do not touch the eye or any other surface with the dropper tip of the container.
• Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the outer carton and label.
• If side effects occur, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
• Do not use in case of known intolerance to any of the ingredients in the solution.
• No interactions with medicines or other eye drops have been reported. However, wait at least 15 minutes before applying other eye drops.
• Dispose of the product according to local waste disposal regulations.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children.
• Seek medical advice before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• For external use only. Do not swallow.
• Do not attempt to tamper with or remove the bottle nozzle.
• Any serious incident relating to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which you live.
• Immediately after use, the product may temporarily cause slightly blurred vision due to the viscosity of the solution. It is therefore advisable to wait a few seconds before carrying out any activity that requires clear vision.
