Description
BRAINEFFECT Magnesium Drink contains three organic forms of magnesium: citrate, bisglycinate, and taurate. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. The powder also contains ashwagandha and L-theanine.
Enjoy it neat or as a mocktail.
Recommended intake:
Stir 1 scoop (4 g) into 250 ml of water daily. For added variety, prepare a refreshing mocktail with coconut milk, fruit, etc.
Note:
- Not recommended for individuals with a current or previous liver condition.
- Do not consume on an empty stomach.
- Do not exceed the daily dose of 800 mg (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).
